For over 20 years, ETS have been supplying standard and bespoke earth bars to the electrical contracting industry. Constant key feature designs remain for all our bars, whether they are a standard stock item or a special:
- Typical features of our standard and bespoke earth bars, which are unique in the market, are 50mm centres between assemblies and outgoing assembly points.
- Manufactured from 50x6mm or 38x6mm high conductivity bar (other sizes also available).
- Supplied with brass stud assemblies for electrical and longer durability reasons (confirm with NT).
- Galvanised steel channel base which has been designed for easy install and require no disassembly.
Our bespoke service allows clients to specify their own custom manufactured bar, which can be made from any size of copper bar, using different fixing materials or channel bases.
We typically work from supplied earthing schematics or in some cases hand drawn images. We will then take care of the rest of the process.
Detailed technical drawings are then provided by ETS before manufacturing, to ensure the earth bar fits the specifications.
Bars can also be tinned to protect against adverse environmental conditions such as coastal applications.
Thousands of bespoke eathbars have been supplied by ETS over the years to many different types of construction projects. A good example of one such installation is St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London, where there was a requirement.

Overseas Deliveries
Overseas deliveries are also part of the service. We use the most suitable and durable packaging materials, along with dedicated couriers who are used to the logistics involved with delivering to large construction sites.
