M40 to M50 ATEX Brass Thread Adaptor

M40 to M50 hexagon metric thread adaptor for use when the equipment entry is smaller than the cable gland size being used. Used to increase the size of the cable gland that the equipment entry can take, but it is important to ensure that the cable cores can still pass through the central bore of the enlarging adaptor.

Metric threaded adaptor are flameproof and ATEX certified for use within CAT 2 (EExd Zone 2) (Zone 1) and CAT 3 (Zone 2) Hazardous Areas. The adaptor can also be supplied with UL, SIRA, CSA, GOST-K and GOST-R approvals by special order if required.
