ETS copper cable lugs with extended blank palm, designed to be drilled on site to the fixing dimensions required – (the extended palm can accomodate two fixings bolts). For use with standard copper conductors to BS6360 Class 2 for all Low Voltage (LV) applications up to 3300v (3.3kV).

Long palm blank lugs are manufactured from high-conductivity seamless copper tube to EN 12735 with a purity greater than 99.5% and bright-electro tin plated to BS1872.

  • Bell-mouth conductor entry on lugs up to 400mm2
  • Chamfered conductor entry on lugs from 500mm2 to 800mm2
  • Standard finish is bright-electro tin plated to BS1872

    • Each product is designed to meet the requirements of BS4579 Part 3 when used with the appropriate die set/compression tool combination.

    The relevant hydraulic crimping tools and die sets suitable for these crimp lugs are available for purchase or hire.
