Earth Bars with Single Disconnectable Link

Swtichroom earth bars with single disconnectable link. Manufactured from 50x6mm high conductivity, hard drawn copper bar to BS1433/BS2874-C11, these copper earth bars features a single disconnectable link and separate incoming stud.

Available from stock with either 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 ways (Brass M10 x 35mm machine screws). 50mm centres are provided between each screw fixing, allowing for the connection of earth conductor or cable lugs up to 400mm² or 50mm wide earthing tape.

Each copper earth bar is supplied fully assembled on a galvanised steel channel base, zinc coated to BS2989:1982, grade Z2. The base profile allows for immediate installation, without the need to disassemble the earth bar, 6mm diameter holes being provided for screw-fixing to walls or containment structures.

The nylon insulators are rated up to 1000v AC and feature M10 brass threaded inserts.
