Medium-Wall Cable Gland Corrosion Protection Tubes

Heat-shrinkable, medium-wall, non-lined tubes designed for shrinking onto all makes of cable glands, providing corrosion protection in extreme installation environments.

Installed with conventional soft-flame gas torches, these tubes have the advantage of excluding potentially contaminant-laden gases from coming into contact with the cable gland material.

Suitable for use with all types of gland materials: brass, aluminium, stainless steel or derivatives thereof.

MWT corrosion protection tubes are manufactured from thermally-stabilised, cross-linked, weather resistant polyolefin material.

Supplied uncoated as standard, we can also offer these tubes internally coated with a co-extruded hot-melt adhesive to order, offering even greater protection.
