Cable glands are designed to terminate cables onto equipment and also act as a sealing device, to protect the equipment from environmental hazards such as dust or moisture.

These are used for a range of cable installation applications including electrical, instrumentation & control and automation. Glands can be manufactured from metallic or non-metallic materials, depending on cable / equipment type, as well as atmospheric considerations.

Industrial cable glands are also designed to meet different applications, from standard BW indoor type, used in many residential and commercial buildings, through to explosion proof barrier type products.
