3M P84 Expansion Foam

P84 expansion foam tape may be used to increase the outside diameter of a cable when it falls outside the minimum accept range (aka recovered diameter) of our 3M Cold Shrink tubes.

Simply wrapped around the cable and held in place by double-sided 3M transfer tape to adhere to both the cable and installed ColdShrink tube.

Correctly installed, the resultant Cold Shrink seal passes the 0.5bar water pressure test to IEC 529, IP68 and suitable for duct-sealing applications.
