CADWELD PLUS Ignition Unit – 1.8 metre lead

CADWELD PLUS hand-held control unit with 1.8m lead, used to ignite the weld metal cup from a safe distance.

Press and hold the ignition button while observing the “ready” indicator light. A green light will blink for a few seconds. At this time, the unit will send a charge to the ignition strip. The ignition strip will spark inside the weld metal cup, igniting the CADWELD PLUS exothermic reaction.

Allow around 30 seconds for completion of the reaction and solidification of the molten metal.

Each control unit comes with the required number of AA batteries.
