Colossus Transmission Cable Trefoil Cleat (34-41mm OD)

The Colossus COL34-41 cleat represents a new hybrid cleat setting the standard for the support of transmission cables in trefoil formation upto 132kV. An 60mm wide LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) base provides a large surface area to support and grip the cables, whilst excellent strength is provided by the 316L stainless steel over-strap which encompasses the cleat/cable arrangement.

• Trefoil cable outside diameter range: 34-41mm
• Cleat width: 146mm
• Cleat height: 110mm
• Cleat depth: 60mm
• Fixing holes: 2 x M10 or 1 x M12
• Meets the International Standard IEC 61914:2009.
• Short circuit withstand test: 104kA peak on 7.8mts centres, with intermediate straps every 1.3mts.
