Manufactured from flat copper sheet and formed into a palm and brazed-seam barrel prior to the tinning process (tin-plated to BS1872).

Manufactured from high-conductivity copper sheet with a purity greater than 99.5%. Featurng chamfered conductor entry and open barrel to ensure correct conductor insertion prior to crimping.
