ETS Single Bolt Copper Cable Lugs

ETS single bolt copper cable lugs are designed for use with stranded copper conductors to BS6360 Class 2 for all Low Voltage (LV) applications up to 3300v (3.3kV).

Our compression lugs are manufactured from high-conductivity seamless copper tube to EN 12735 with a purity greater than 99.5% each product is designed to meet the requirements of BS4579 Part 3 when used with the appropriate die set/compression tool combination.

Conductor insertion is aided by bell-mouth entry upto 400mm² and chamfered entry from 630mm² to 1000mm² and all tinned copper terminals have a visual inspection hole to ensure correct conductor insertion prior to crimping. Standard finish is bright electro tin plated to BS1872.
