LUL Approved LSF Nylon Two Bolt Cleats

Two bolt, LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) London Underground approved nylon cable cleats are suitable for securing all types of single-core or multi-core power cables up to 135mm. Manufactured from high quality, UV stabilised, phosphorus free, LSZH black nylon polymer and meets BS EN 61914:2009.

The two bolt range of LUL cleats represent the highest quality nylon cleat on the market and are manufactured from LUL-approved LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) flame retardant nylon and meet London Underground Engineering Standard 1-085. LUL Product Register No: 364.

Testing has been carried out on the cable cleat and has a Limited Oxygen Index (LOI) to BS EN ISO 4589-2:1999 and meets Smoke Emission tests to BS 6853:1999, Annex D.8.3 and NFX 70-100:2008 for Toxic Fume Emissions.

The use of M10 fixings throughout the 2-bolt range enable sizes with common fixing centres to be easily stacked. M10 two-bolt fixing kits enable easy fixing of the cleat to cable ladder rungs or 41mm wide steel channel. Included in each kit: Two M10 threaded studs, two hexagon nuts, two flat washers and two plain channel nuts.
