LUL Approved Polyester Coated Heavy Duty Cable Ties

The heavy-duty variant of the fully coated cable ties of the HellermannTyton MBT (Metal Ball bearing Ties) range are manufactured from high grade 316 stainless steel with LSF Zero Halogen polyester coating.

The heavy-duty cable ties are suitable for use in the most arduous environments and are commonly found within mass-transit systems, off-shore applications and throughout the Petro-Chemical industry. The polyester coating gives the tie a smooth finish and prevents contact erosion between dissimilar materials.

All MBT cable ties have full LUL approval to Standard 1-085, Product Approval Register No: 2002.

These heavy-duty coated MBT ties can be installed by hand, however the MK9-SST tie installation tool enables maximum tension to be achieved and is able to cut the loose tie end after tensioning.
