Stainless steel serrated “shake-proof” washers are fitted onto the cable gland’s made thread internally to the equipment, onto which the hexagon locknut is then installed.

The serrated washers act as an anti-vibration device to prevent the gland and locknut loosening during use.

NPT and PG threaded serrated washers available to special order.
