The VC-BN1-AN0 Vari-Cleat from Ellis Patents is a hybrid cable cleat designed for multiple cable applications. Suitable to secure single way, trefoil and bundled cables.

The Vari-Cleat is best used when you need compact cleats with moderate short-circuit withstand, where the base can be fixed before the cables are in position.

Cleat dimensions:

  • Trefoil cable outside diameter range: 29.0-33mm
  • Single-way cable outside diameter range: 51.0-59mm
  • Cleat width: 97mm
  • Cleat height: 94mm
  • Cleat depth: 74mm
  • Fixing centres: 25mm
  • Fixing holes: 2 x M8

    • Please contact us if you require a LSF Zero Halogen protection liner or special coating applied to the aluminium base. Please note, Vari-Cleats with liners accept different cables diameter sizes.
