T3/CDS Triton Brass Submersible Flameproof (ATEX) Cable Glands

The Triton TM brass cable gland provides a unique concept in cable sealing techniques. With the patented Compensating Displacement Seal (CDS) system the glands are suitable for steel wire (SWA), steel tape (STA) and braided armoured cables within Flameproof ATEX Hazardous Areas, CAT 2 (EExd Zone 2) (Zone 1) and CAT 3 (Zone 2).

Supplied with a “Universal” reversible armour cone for use with all types of armoured cable.

The T3 gland provides IP66/67 LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) environmental seals onto the cable’s inner and outer sheaths and integral Deluge Protect seal to prevent corrosion of the cable’s armouring. The gland’s uniform hexagon profile also enables easy installation.

Order reference quoted is for TritonTM submersible gland only. Gland accessories available include: brass locknuts, earthtags, entry thread washers, O-rings and PVC or LSZH gland shrouds, but must be ordered separately if required.

M75 CMP Triton ATEX Certified Submersible Brass Cable Gland

The TRITONTM cable gland is unique in its cable sealing technique, using the patented CDSTM(Compensating Displacement Seal) system.
