T3/CDS Triton Brass Submersible Flameproof (ATEX) Cable Glands

The Triton ^TM brass cable gland provides a unique concept in cable sealing techniques. With the patented Compensating Displacement Seal (CDS) system the glands are suitable for steel wire (SWA), steel tape (STA) and braided armoured cables within Flameproof ATEX Hazardous Areas, CAT 2 (EExd Zone 2) (Zone 1) and CAT 3 (Zone 2).

Supplied with a “Universal” reversible armour cone for use with all types of armoured cable.

The T3 gland provides IP66/67 LSF Zero Halogen (LSZH) environmental seals onto the cable’s inner and outer sheaths and integral Deluge Protect seal to prevent corrosion of the cable’s armouring. The gland’s uniform hexagon profile also enables easy installation.
